Adobe has a ton of great mobile apps – not all of them are photo editors. There is in the developer's arsenal such an application as Fill & Sign, which can replace your fax. It's also important to note that this program runs in full mode without being connected to Creative Cloud.

Before you start working with a document, you need to open this document. There are many options – including finding on the Internet through the built-in browser. Let's try to select the camera option to convert an existing paper document to PDF.

You can improve the created picture. To do this, the program implements “smart” cropping: you select the borders of the document in the photo (this can be done quite accurately thanks to the magnifying glass that appears on the screen), and the program automatically “straightens” the image so that no foreign objects or background remain on it.

Also, using the icon with a magic wand, you can “clean up” the image – so the paper becomes lighter and more uniform.

So, we have a relatively clean image. Now you can tap anywhere with your finger to add text – for example, fill out a questionnaire. With the help of a miniature text editor, you can make all letters uppercase or lowercase, and, if necessary, thin the letters, if you need to get into specially outlined squares when filling out.

Surely you have noticed at the bottom a tab with a picture of a man. What she does? In fact, here you can enter any information that you often use when filling out documents, receipts and questionnaires: name, index, address and other things. You can add an arbitrary line. To use this, touch the document in the required place, click on the icon with a man and touch the required line – the value will be automatically added to the created field. The name, of course, is easier to enter manually, but the address is faster to insert from the saved data, and you don't have to keep the index in your head.

Another interesting section opens when you click on the fountain pen icon. Here you can add your signature and decryption of the signature – in different sections, of course. After that, you will be able to sign the document, even if you are traveling in transport and cannot draw a line exactly: the signature will be perfect, because you added it in advance.

For obvious security reasons, I do not advise you to sign important documents through any attachments, but it is quite possible to sign that you have read the message about the change in the cost of parking.

You can export the created document to iMessage, Notes, send by email, or save to iCloud Drive as PDF. You can also immediately print the file – this is especially useful if the document was sent to you for signature by e-mail, and you need to return it in paper form.

In general, Fill & Sign is a good office application for iPhone, but the output is still a picture: it lacks the power to recognize the text in the photo and separate it from the background to create a completely clean and pleasant eye document. But if you need to work with documents that were originally in PDF, and not in the form of a photo, then this program is definitely your must-have.
