Dead Effect is a symbiosis of two games: Mass Effect and Dead Space. The developers combined the two game universes and got a first-person shooter. The game takes place in a distant post-apocalyptic world, in 2045. The main character is a member of the special forces unit called Unit 13, his task is to infiltrate the space, scientific base 'ESS Meridian'. The hero flies there to find out what happened there and fix all the faults, but it was not there! The entire space station is filled with zombies thirsty for human blood. The space station is a maze of corridors and doors, sometimes you can even get lost. It is worth noting that the graphics are excellent here, the whole game is made on the Unity engine. Although the game weighs relatively little (490 MB), it loads the RAM very heavily. Once, when moving from one location to another, I was thrown out of the game, while refusing to start again. Killing zombies is fun and difficult at the same time, because a shot in the torso or in the limb does little harm to them, and to quickly kill the 'zombie' you need to hit the head clearly. There are also smart zombies who feign death, but in fact are preparing to throw a cobra, which is sometimes frightening, because sometimes you do not expect a sharp attack by a 'dead' zombie. If the hero dies, then the level is loaded again, but if you want to continue the game, please pay. The game is made with soul, but everything would be fine if it were not for the greed of the developers. The game itself is distributed for 69 rubles, while there is still a bunch of internal purchases in it. True, now the game is distributed free of charge, in honor of Valentine's Day.
