iOS – developer Beep Street decided to transform the tapping on the table with impatient fingers into full-fledged music. The new Impaktor app uses a microphone iPhone to transform percussion sounds into musical instruments.

After launching the application, the user will see six instruments that produce sound in the manner of traditional drums – a metal drum and a tabla. Also, all sorts of filters, sound waves correction, and more are implemented here. In the event that you want to save the created track, you have access to a sequencer with a recording manager, which allows you to later move files to a Mac or PC. After you copy the audio track, you can place it, for example, in GarageBand.
Since the Impaktor uses a microphone, you will need to eliminate all other extraneous sounds when creating a piece of music with it.
Impaktor isn't the cheapest synthesizer for iOS ($ 4.99), but with such an innovative approach, this app can be a good addition to your existing musical arsenal.
