There is nothing superfluous in the application. Opening immediately we see the translation string. You can enter either text or a website address. As in Google translate, offline only. 
It is possible to choose a topic for a more accurate translation (although it is already accurate). The installed languages are located to the right of the theme selection. The 349 rubles includes Russian and English with all the chips: a phrasebook, offline translation, a widget (we'll come back to it), a choice of topics and online translation of dialogues. 
Let's go to the settings. Here you can choose in which cases you want to translate the text automatically, when to paste text from the clipboard, set up fast translation from any application (again, we will return to this later), set up dictionaries and find out a little more information. Well, everything is clear with purchases: you can download new languages here. The story is clear too. 
Now let's move on to the three main features of the application. The first is a phrasebook. Here you can choose Russian-English or English-Russian phrasebook (of course you can buy other languages for 169 rubles). The entire dictionary is divided into several categories, which, in turn, are divided into categories. 
It is possible to display words on the whole screen, it is possible to pronounce words (remember, all this works offline), and a nice feature – under the word in English its transcription in Russian is signed. 
The second feature is the most convenient application widget (works on iOS 8 or higher). When copying text to the clipboard, the text is automatically translated into a widget with the ability to copy. 
Well, the third feature of the application is the possibility of instant translation in any application. For example, open the browser, click share, and also turn on “Translate to PROMT”. Next, click on the icon that appears and voila! 
Well, as a summing up. Perhaps the application will seem to someone too expensive, to someone not beautiful enough, but in this kind of applications beauty is optional, and the high cost is justified.
