Hello dear readers! In today's review, we will talk about a new application that has recently been released Microsoft called Remote Desktop client. What is this beast and how did it “tame” iOS? This program is not a newbie, because the version for Android has existed for quite some time, and it was released on iOS only now. What can she do? The application allows users to use their phone or tablet as a display device for the operating system Windows 8 / 8.1 (only these 2 new versions of the operating system are available for iOS).
Using RD Client is very simple, it allows you to customize yourself as you like.
How to use
In order to comfortably use the “mirror” Windows on your phone, you need to keep 3 things in mind:
- this is the speed of the WiFi connection (both computer and phone must be connected to the Internet),
- computer power,
- phone model.
interesting 6.1-inch iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro will go on sale first Apple will announce the launch of iPhone 12 from day to day
Speaking of the model, you should understand that you can use the “mirror” only on a sufficiently powerful device, at least iPhone 5.
A full-size keyboard is available to the user, which has all the F-keys, Shift and so on. It is also possible to copy / paste various objects using standard commands like CTRL + C. But it will not work to exchange files between iOS and Windows, since we all know about the limitations in this matter, and the situation does not change here.
Finishing the thought about the keyboard, I would also like to note that using Windows, you will not have access to such functions as “video chat” and “predicting” words by the keyboard.
В общем и целом, программа получилась достаточно добротной, сделанной минималистично, но в этот раз не лишенной очень важных функций и действительно работающей как надо без дополнительных настроек, прямо как Plug&Play.
