Ringtone Maker is another quality ringtone maker. The application allows you to make a ringtone from any song in your iPod library or from audio recordings. However, it doesn't matter which method you choose in the main menu – the editing window is the same for them. Upload a file of any size and cut out the desired fragment, either up to 40 seconds long for a ringtone, or up to 30 seconds for an alarm melody. The scrolling of the audio recording and the control of the fragment boundaries are very convenient. And by clicking the help button, you will immediately see tips for all tools right in the workspace. 
When finished editing, click 'Save'. On this page you can see a list of created ringtones and send some by e-mail. And now about how, in fact, set a new ringtone. To do this, you will have to connect iPhone to iTunes, select it in the list on the left, open the 'Apps' tab. Here select 'File Sharing' – 'Ringtone Maker'. A list of ringtone files will appear in the window on the right, select the ones you want to use, click 'Save as …' and save them somewhere on your hard drive.
