There are plenty of platformers in App Store for every taste and color, but really worthwhile ones can be counted on your fingers. Gamers prefer simple gameplay and luscious graphics. The plot in this game genre is not the main thing. This is probably what Madras Games thought when creating Samosa: Runner Gunner. Do you think it will shoot? 
Samosa: Runner Gunner is a plotless platformer for the lazy. Why? The game is reduced to one action – 'click and drive'. You act as Sam's desperate suicide, who is on his way to the lair of an evil scientist who has kidnapped his beloved tame chicken. You will be confronted with the results of the experiments of this scientist – various flying and reptile insects, killer plants, guillotines, hammers and bosses. 
You start the game in a small, hand-built, one-seater car with a gun. As you progress, you will unlock additional equipment in the form of a circular saw, a giant magnet, an additional machine gun and others. Your combat vehicle can simultaneously carry up to three guns, the main thing does not count. 
All you have to do is tap the screen of your device and move it up and down to eliminate attackers and traps – played by Samosa: Runner Gunner with one hand. 
I did not reach the first boss, the game quickly bored me: the levels are short, there are not many enemies at first, during the first five minutes I managed to pass 8 levels without losses. You can play, in principle, as long as new types of enemies and traps appear, and also until you open all the equipment. 
Externally, the platformer is unusual, but not unique, we have already seen something similar in Badland, to which Runner Gunner is so far. The user rating of the game in App Store is justified, I will not give more than 3 stars. Although it costs only 15 rubles, it seems to me that this is a lot for such a game.
