It's really progressive, because some things are more convenient to do on a tablet, and some on a computer and a file in the cloud is always available.

Photoshop Express
The simplest graphics editor that Adobe offers. Inside there is a large number of filters, but about half of them are available only after logging into Creative Cloud. In addition to the presets, there is a decent set of sliders – including Defog and Reduce Noise.
Photoshop Fix
Unlike Photoshop Express, this editor does not have filters and requires certain skills in retouching: at least you need to know how to work with layers, for which various sliders are used, and how to organically change the color with a regular blend brush. This app for iPhone is simply irreplaceable for high-quality retouching of photos of people – it doesn't matter if it's a selfie or a photo on the main camera.
Photoshop Mix
The editor is designed to create complex collages, combining separate fragments of several images into one by working with masks and layers.
Photoshop Lightroom
Lightroom for iPhone supports most of the functions available in the desktop version – including working with RAW files. Some features require a paid subscription, unlike the previously described programs.
Photoshop Sketch
This program, as the name suggests, is designed to create sketches and sketches right on the phone screen. Inside, there are tools familiar to the artist: pencils, pens, markers and brushes.
Illustrator Draw
Allows you to create vector drawings. Unlike the previous app, Illustrator Draw is focused on creating finished artwork, not sketching.
