40% of users complained about connection problems, 35% – about the inability to send or receive a message. Another 23% of complaints are related to problems with authorization.
Users from Russia, the USA, Germany, Great Britain and other countries faced the corresponding difficulties.
The first complaints were recorded at about 21:17 Moscow time.
