One interesting project called EverDock was launched on the Kickstarter online crowdfunding platform. The authors of the project are raising money for a universal docking station that will fit almost any mobile device.

EverDock will eliminate the need for users to purchase a separate docking station for each of their mobile devices. The new docking station is made of anodized aluminum. It is compatible with the old 30-pin connector, Lightning interface and micro-USB ports, which means you can charge any device with it – from old ones iPhone to gadgets on the platform Android . Replacing the cable of a mobile device in EverDock is quite quick and without any special tools.

The EverDock project is currently at the fundraising stage. The developers have already managed to raise more than 282 thousand US dollars on Kickstarter, although initially only 50 thousand dollars were needed to start mass production. You can support the project and order a docking station on the Kickstarter site until October 17 of this year. EverDock costs $ 49, and for the version with the ability to connect two devices at once, you will have to pay $ 20 more. Deliveries of new accessories will begin in December this year.
