It so happened that two portable audio systems from JBL and Creative were simultaneously tested. These are wireless, stand-alone speakers, similar in design, and in the same price range – about 8,000 rubles. There is a great chance to compare these products … 
Dreams that one evening I will come home from work, put my favorite CD in the player and with the help of high-quality HI-FI technology I will plunge into the magical world of music – they turn into an illusion. When was the last time I did this, 10 years ago? The rhythm of life is getting faster, and the time is less and less. You can also listen to music in the background without going into details. Therefore, the MP3 format, no matter how bad it was, eventually conquered the world. And to play the compressed file, the acoustics that are in the review today are enough. This is neither bad nor good, this is life.
Creative Sound Blaster Free
The first thing you immediately notice is weight. Having received the box, I even had doubts that there was something inside. The fact that the column is light has its own plus – it is light (c). But this will be reflected in the sound. The workmanship itself is very high. The column is made in the style of the latest Creative products. 
In addition to connecting via Bluetooth to a sound source, Sound Blaster Free has the ability to play sound files directly from a MicroSD card. And also connection via Mini USB and Mini jack. 
You can simultaneously connect two devices to the column Bluetooth. The claimed battery life is 10 hours.
Sound
If we compare Sound Blaster Free with all previously tested speakers from Creative, then we should objectively admit that it has the weakest sound. It is inferior even to the baby Woof 2. The volume is quite enough, but there are no details. The bass is also lacking, even with the “Loud” button on. But at a low volume, the speaker plays pretty well, and the spaced speakers even allow you to hear stereo effects.
JBL Charge 2
The speaker case is covered with hard rubber, thanks to which the surface is not scratched and does not attract dust. The speaker does not slip, does not bounce even at full volume. By Bluetooth, you can connect three sound sources at once and listen to music from each of them in turn. As for autonomy, at an average volume level the Charge 2 plays 12 hours without any problems. 
This is the first product from the manufacturer Harman in my review. It is clear that this is not the same HI-END JBL, thanks to which we know these three letters. But the column is really well made. The management here is very ascetic. There is no rewinding of tracks forward and backward, and this is very inconvenient. But if something happens, the speaker battery can be used to recharge the phone by connecting it via USB.
Sound
The system delivers deep bass where it is. This is very noticeable in the vibration of the aluminum inserts in the speakers. The power of the speaker is enough for a 20 meter room. Moreover, the sound is surround. It is difficult to immediately determine exactly where the system is located. Of course, there can be no stereo conversation, but the Charge 2 creates a musical atmosphere perfectly!
Conclusions:
The sound is certainly better than the JBL Charge 2 – an excellent sound picture and excellent bass. Creative Sound Blaster Free is a more functional system with the ability to play music from a micro SD card.
