How to “untie” tethered jailbreak iOS 6.1.3-6.1.5

Until recently, users of iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS smartphones and fourth generation iPod touch players on iOS 6.1.3 – iOS 6.1 .5 could jailbreak, but only tethered. This 'hack' required repeating the jailbreak procedure every time the system was rebooted. And today a program has appeared that allows you to 'untie' the jailbreak iOS 6.1.x.
