The user just needs to look at the display for the smartphone to be automatically unlocked and provide access to Apple Pay and other services. In this case, you do not need to press anything. The function recognizes a face only if the eyes are open. This system is so convenient that over time the user forgets about having a lock on the phone.
The tenth generation model uses the same hardware platform as the iPhone 8 Plus. Inside is a 6-core A11 Bionic processor with 64-bit and a clock speed of 2.39 GHz. It also integrates a Neural Engine chip for machine learning, an M11 motion coprocessor and a 3-core graphics card. According to the results of synthetic tests, the A11 Bionic is among the fastest processors for smartphones. For example, in the Geekbench test, the processor scored 4236 points in single-core mode and 10386 in multi-core.
